Check the current requirements

Requirements, fees and timelines in the UAE change. Message us on WhatsApp — we'll check them for your business activity and jurisdiction.

Don't turn the report into a hundred figures

The weekly dashboard should answer a few questions: how much was sold, how much profit was made on sales, how much cash is available, what payments are coming up, and where results deviate from the plan.

Financial section

Monitor revenue, gross margin, cash balance, expected inflows, mandatory payments and payroll. The exact mix is adjusted to the business model.

Sales and customers

Track the number of inquiries, conversion rate, average order value, repeat sales and customer acquisition cost where these metrics apply.

A person responsible for each figure

A KPI is useful only when it's clear who influences the metric and what action will be taken in case of a deviation.
