Verify current requirements

Requirements, fees and timelines in the UAE change. Message us on WhatsApp — we'll verify them for your business activity and jurisdiction.

Strategy and goals

Write down the reason for relocation, target markets, products, revenue forecast and the functions that must operate from the UAE. Define success criteria for the first year and the maximum allowable transition budget.

Legal structure

Choose Free Zone or Mainland, business activities, founders, ownership shares and authorities. Check the need for an office, additional permits and interactions with existing companies.

Finance and compliance

Prepare a banking profile, source of funds, contracts, payment forecast, accounting and tax calendar. Record the settlement currencies and a backup plan for the account opening period.

Contracts and assets

Make a list of contracts, domains, brands, software, equipment and customer data. For each asset, determine the method of transfer and the date from which the new company is responsible for operations.

Owner and team

Calculate visas, insurance, relocation, local hiring and remote roles. Appoint those responsible for sales, finance and customer service during the transition.

Launch schedule

Combine registration, bank, visas, premises, team and marketing into a single schedule. Update the budget, risks and critical path weekly. Do not shut down the old infrastructure until the new chain is tested on a real transaction.
