Confirm current requirements

Requirements, fees and timelines in the UAE are changing. Message us on WhatsApp — we'll check them against your activity and jurisdiction.

Define the actual business activity

First, determine how the company will earn revenue, where its clients are located, and whether a physical premises will be required. This affects the jurisdiction, the license, and future costs.

Prepare the structure

You must define the founders, the number of visas, the company name, and the set of permitted activities.

Plan the entire launch

Obtaining a license does not mean the business is ready. Banking, accounting, staffing, marketing and operational infrastructure must be planned separately.
